By engaging the services of Cargill Group ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("client" or "you") agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully before booking or participating in any sessions.

1. Services Provided

We provide hypnosis and hypnotherapy services to assist clients in achieving personal goals, addressing behavioral challenges, or managing stress and anxiety. These services are not a replacement for medical or psychological treatment. If you have a medical or mental health condition, we strongly recommend consulting a licensed healthcare professional before beginning hypnotherapy.

2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the best possible experience and outcomes, you agree to the following:

Accurate Information: Provide complete and honest details about your health, medical history, and any medications you are currently taking.
Participation: Actively engage in sessions by following instructions and participating fully, as this is critical to the effectiveness of hypnotherapy.
Punctuality: Arrive on time for scheduled appointments. Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions, with no reduction in fees.

3. Confidentiality

We are committed to protecting your privacy. All client information will remain confidential, except where disclosure is legally required (e.g., if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others).
Session notes and personal data are securely stored and accessible only to authorized personnel.

4. Fees and Payment

Session Fees: Our fees are structured as indicated for each service. Payment is due at the time of booking unless alternative arrangements are made.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made no less than 24 hours prior to your appointment for your fee to be applied 100% to a rescheduled future appointment. Late cancellations < 24 hours or no-shows at the discretion of the service provider may be forfeited entirely.
Refunds: No refunds will be issued for completed sessions. For prepaid packages, refunds for unused sessions may be granted at our discretion, minus a 20% processing fee.

5. Limitations of Services

Hypnotherapy is not a guaranteed solution, and individual results may vary. We do not promise specific outcomes.

Our services are not designed to diagnose, treat, prescribe, nor cure medical or psychological conditions. For such concerns, please seek guidance from a licensed medical professional.

6. Client Consent

By participating, you consent to the use of hypnosis and hypnotherapy techniques during sessions.
You understand that hypnosis involves entering a state of focused attention and relaxation, and you agree to engage in this process willingly.
By participating, you consent to the therapist's judgment as to content and direction.

7. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to discontinue services if you fail to adhere to these terms, provide false information, or if we determine hypnotherapy is not suitable for your needs.
You may end services at any time, though prepaid fees may not be refundable.

8. Liability

You agree that Cargill Group is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

We are not responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on information or suggestions provided during sessions.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during sessions—such as scripts, recordings, or written content—are the intellectual property of Cargill Group. These may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without our written permission.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Clay County.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms as needed. Updates will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
